As Director of IT, you will

• Review the technology vision and strategy
• Implement the strategy to meet information security, cybersecurity, PCI and respective privacy ordinance requirements.
• Lead a review of all technology, systems and platforms to evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure all technology investments and services are delivered and maintained in the most cost-effective manner.
• Plan and implement technology to streamline internal operations.
• Be responsible for IT resource planning, including budget management, staffing etc.
• Be the go-to resource for all business units in regard to technology.
• Understand current and new industry trends, technologies and software developments.
• Take the lead in working with software vendors and service providers
• Provide leadership, support and mentorship to e-Services team members. 

The experience and personality that would add value to the role includes

• You have worked as an enterprise architect in a multinational company, knowing the hotel-based software is a plus.
• You have experienced leading IT teams in a motivating and coaching manner.
• You can speak and write English.
• You have strong interpersonal, leadership, analytical and project management skills.
• You are passionate about digital transformation and thrives when presented with a challenge.
• You are a support-minded and outgoing team player as well as a creative problem solver with positive mindset.
