Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for project implementation and documentations;
• Responsible for data analysis and reporting;
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives;
• Assist in follow-up with vendors and customers to ensure customers' satisfaction and on-time delivery;
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Project team;
• Host regular meetings and presentations to customers.

• Higher Diploma or above in Information System or related disciplines;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT industry, preferable in project management ;
• Sound knowledge in ITIL is an advantage;
• Experience with IT support or knowledge in infrastructure projects deployment are preferable;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Good at organization, analysis and problem-solving;
• A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills is highly preferred.
