Responsibilities:

• Evaluate SAP process change / development request with process owners, identify the gaps and recommend solution
• Maintain an active list of SAP process change / development requests and establish a prioritized implementation schedule
• Develop requirement specifications for new systems or changes of existing systems for program development team
• Perform system integration tests and user acceptance tests to ensure the systems are functional and developed meet with the user’s requirements
• Develop user documentation and conduct user training to enable the users to operate the system appropriately
• Participate in corporate global SAP template establishment in assigned area and localization rollout project through consolidation of local requirements into a single global user requirement specification with a specific deployment plan

Requirements:

• Degree in information system, business or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ SAP functional experience in assigned area, preferably in retail industry
• Possess SAP functional certification in assigned area is an asset
• Solid understanding of business process and flow of assigned area
• Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to details and accuracy
• Track record of designing and deploying integrated solutions with SAP
• Solid knowledge in the assigned area in SAP ECC 6.0
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS office software applications in particularly Excel and Word
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Analyst
