• To be the main point of contact for all technical related service issues of client projects assigned;
• Manage a team of cross-functional technical professionals to deliver the IT services required (eg. incident management, problem management, change management, and other IT operations, etc.);
• Ensure IT requirements are identified, developed and supported to the satisfaction of the client projects;
• Define and maintain service level agreements, and monitor/measure relevant performance metrics of IT services;
• Develop effective relationships with internal users (e.g. Operations) and external clients, and communicate regularly on IT performance as well as new technologies to improve productivity;
• Support pre-sales activities (RFP, tendering, presentations) and technical solution & costing formation

Job Requirements:

• University degree or Higher diploma in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science
• Relevant working experience with managerial experience 
• Demonstrable leadership skills, project management skills, communication skills and presentation skills
• Good personality/attitude in terms of assertiveness, result-oriented, and total-ownership
• Good analytical and problem solving skills in systems and operations related issues
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure (e.g. Telecommunications, LAN/WAN, VoIP, InfoSec, VM/HCI, Cloud Computing, Windows/Linux, Active Directory, SQL Server, etc.) and call centre systems & applications (e.g. ACD, IVRS, Dialer, CRM, AI Voicebot/Chatbot, etc.)
• Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese, and written English and Traditional Chinese
