What do you need to do?

• Ensure products delivered with approved quality and timeline
• Create and execute test plans and cases that optimal application performance according to specifications, fulfil business requirements, and identify existing or potential issues
• Configure test application to ensure it meets functional and UI/UX requirements and is fit for user acceptance test (UAT)
• Report to Team Head and work closely with teammates & dev team, collaborate with software engineer in application testing
• Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance test, and provide support to key users (e.g. logging defects, following up the progress of defect fixing with software/systems personnel) during UAT
• Analyze formal test results in order to discover and report any defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws
• Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance/testing best practices

What do you need to have?

• Diploma or above in Information System, Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year progressively related experience in relevant field
• Working experience in QA role is preferred
• Experienced in using auto-testing software will be an advantage
• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
