Job Responsibilities

• Assist Manager for project administration and management.
• Provide all-round administrative support to project office periodically.
• Provide support to follow up overseas visitors like visa application, accommodation booking and other administrative duties.
• Marketing Research about relevant products (Not sales), account servicing (Only one).
• Ad hoc duties from Senior Manager.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma or above in any relevant disciplines.
• At least 3 years of solid experience in project coordination , customer service, some marketing experience.
• Good communication , patience and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Japanese speaking skill (JLPT N1) is an advantage (but not must).
