• Responsible for architecture design, deploy, support, and maintain the networking infrastructure and perimeter security devices with standard designs and configurations
• Configure and setup Firewalls / Security appliances
• Proactive network performance monitoring and reporting with on-perm / cloud solutions
• Create and maintain network documentation for use by the network operations and support teams
• Maintain up to date levels of operating systems, configurations, backups
• Identify and resolve high priority incidents which are business impacting as quickly as possible with minimum business impact and provide solutions
• Participate in testing, researching, learning, and applying specific new technologies and products
• Provide second-tier technical support and solutions to the implementation and fault handling in networking projects
• Develop documentation manual and provide briefing session of project completion to customer

• Higher diploma or above in telecommunications / information technology / computer science / related discipline
  
• 1-5 years of network engineering experience in telecommunication / IT industry
• Experience in System administration and networking / Cisco / Juniper / Fortinet
• Holder of CCNP / CCNA
• Holder of Juniper's JNCIP / JNCIS / Fortinet NSE Certification would be a plus
