Responsible for end to end project roll out to end users with, not limited to below scope:

1. Assist the Client in collecting information to define the project scope

2. Work with the Client to define project rollout plan, methodology and timeline

3. Arrange and maintain the schedule for project related appointments and meetings

4. Act as technical lead to assign  projects work and supervise junior team members for the deployment

5. Prepare communication to users and interact with users on project roll out related issue

6. Keep track of project status and provide daily progress and weekly report

7. Provide post-migration support to users

8. Escalate project issues to the Client on-time

9. Arrange and maintain the schedule for project related appointments and meetings

10. Provide skill transfer to users according to the Client's guideline / procedure

11. Handle routine correspondence and other general administrative support

12. Manage on project rollout not limited to PC deploy management

Requirements and Qualification :

1. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in End user computing works and communication

2. Must have experience in End user computing related projects rollout and planning such as Win10 migration, office upgrade, Mobile device migration etc.

3. Must be good in speaking and writing in English

4. Must be self discipline and task oriented

5. Bachelor / Higher Diploma on IT related discipline
