Our client is an SFC-regulated Hong Kong-based financial enterprise with 40+ years of history in the market.  Under the SFC licensing, the business activities include financial services, commodities trading, asset management, and mining resources across Thailand, Laos, and the other Asia Pacific regions.

The Head of Technology reports to Group President. This pivotal role with fabulous & exciting opportunities to launch the new product that support the company in achieving its’ expansion strategy mission. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the product team to achieve the short and long-term business strategies & objectives
• Responsible for product strategy by analysis & comparison to identify the segmentation of target market, customer
• Act as an expert on the products, regulations, processes, and operations
• Plan the development cycle with a roadmap of strategy execution 
• Ensure the product & technology capabilities to drive and grow the product portfolio
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, for the production planning, scheduling, and launching in the agreed timeline
• Provide exceptional advisory of techniques related to the development
• Ensuring the risk of market and operation to be reviewed

Requirements:

• 5 years of proven success in a similar role with a Fintech and Online Trading Platform
• Previous experience in Crypto is preferably
• Data-focused with a strong analytical mindset and skill
• Highly hands-on in the development cycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required
