Job Description:

• Work with technical team to provide post-sales support for project implementation and maintenance
• Work with sales team to drive business opportunities
• Ensure good communication between technical team, sales and customers
• Design the solution to fit customer’s requirements
• Provide hands-on support on IPS, WAF, ADC, BAS, SASE, Deception, cloud solution, etc.
• Participate in in-house support, product demonstration, PoC, project proposal, presentation, implementation, etc.

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Associate in Information Technology or related discipline
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Applicants with more experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Consultant 
• Network and Security Certificate Holders such as CISSP/CISA/CEH/OSCP/CCNA/CCNP would be an advantage
• Hands-on experience in network, security and cloud solutions is in advantage
• Strong problem solving, decision making, troubleshooting and analysis
• Excellent interpersonal skill, self-motivation and a good team player
• Proactive to report the task progress and escalate the problem
• Willing and self-initiate to learn new technologies
• Ability to work independently
• Positive thinking and able to work under pressure
• Fair in written and spoken English and Chinese
