• Execute & optimize paid advertising campaigns across different channels to ensure efficient spending of budget, including but not limited to Facebook Ad Manager, Microsoft Advertising and Google Adwords, etc.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns and execute action plans to achieve business targets.
• Provide campaigns performance analysis and recommendations to optimize campaign performance for the best ROI and improve campaign performance.
• Coordinate and liaise with different internal cross-departments on campaign arrangement and allocation to achieve the best objectives;
• Regular competitor research to monitor what other companies are doing, as well as ongoing customer surveys to maintain an updated understanding of customer base
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and provide up-to-date marketing intelligence towards the growth of the company
• Provide ad-hoc and day-to-day marketing operation support for the internal team

What do you need to be?

• Bachelor or Associate degree (or above) in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Media, Communications, or other related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing or communications, social media marketing, digital advertising or internet technology or related industry are preferred
• Knowledge in Google Analytics, SEM, Social Media and Digital Marketing
• Passionate about digital marketing
• Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Ability to be multi-task oriented with strong attention to details and work under pressure
• An organised, resourceful, fast learner, attention-detailed, and self-motivated individual.
