Responsibilities

• Active team management to nurture continuous learning culture and keep improving the team on modern skills and knowledge in alignment with the market trend
• Drive the development and maintenance of the web and mobile applications which deliver superior results that exceed client’s expectations 
• Lead transformation and modernisation initiatives by identifying areas with problems or potential for improvement in the development lifecycle
• Be a role model and actively mentor talents across the company to ensure team members are ready to assume larger responsibilities and well equipped to tackle potential future challenges
• Develop and implement policies, processes, guides and standards of the IT Department and ensure the team adhere to them
• Maintain strong partnerships with business units and vendors through effective communication.

Requirements 

• Degree holder in any relevant disciplines
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in software development
• Experience in team and leadership development
• Experiences in Web Content Management System (WCMS) development is an advantage
• Tech-savvy and confident in knowledge sharing
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
