Job Purpose:

Manage a team of developers to support business with actionable strategy and reach target given by business. Mange users’ requirement and provide in-depth business analysis deities.  Build innovative solution and partner with business to delivering solutions with strong focus on re-engineering and further automating our flows to enable us to increase our volumes to various electronic venue in a way that provides scale, transparency and control of trading. 

Responsibilities:

•      Work independently collect requirements, design solutions and develop applications
•      Process open mind and curious to help rationalize and maintains the existing platform
•      Aware and curious about new technologies to explore and use them in the project appropriately
•      Visionary, proactive and passionate about technology
•      Strong listening and analysis capacities to assess exiting situations
•      Strong team player, able to work with senior profiles to achieve win-win outcomes
•      Good team player and maintain good relationship with other IT development and infrastructure team
•      Well organized and good business analysis and project management skills
•      Manage and provide technical support to ensure smooth 24 hours round the clock operation

Requirements

•      Proven years of front office development using Core Java/C#/Excel
•      Proven experience in Agile, TDD and continuous delivery (Jenkins, Sonar)
•      Knowledge of Scripting language/SQL is a must
•      Knowledge of Docker (public cloud is a plus)
•      Knowledge on Linux/Unix and networking topologies e.g. TCP, UDP
•      Knowledge of FIX protocol is highly preferred
•      Knowledge of FX, Option and structured product is highly preferred
•      Solid regulatory and compliance experience is a plus
•      Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle and design methodology.
•      Good vendor management skills and experience
