The job:
The successful candidate will be taking a pre-sales role in proposing high-value IT services and solutions consultancy for our clients with various IT needs.

 Responsibilities:

• Reviewing the customer IT environment, customer strategic goals, existing capabilities, and other factors that influence project direction
• Collecting customer requirements and designing technical solutions
• Articulating in a clear manner, alternatives in terms of cost, benefit, and risk where multiple solutions exist
• Working with the Delivery team in the creation of technical project plans and scope of work
• Engage and support sales team with the delivery of the assigned solutions
• Develop infrastructure solution offerings for sales team to sell to customers

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2+ years’ pre-sales solution experience in IT industry
• In-depth knowledge in server, storage, networking, virtualization and cloud solutions
• Solid experience in infrastructure solution design
• Experience participating in solution configuration, proof of concept, proposal development and competitive analysis
• Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• With advantage having experience in storage networking solution
