Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design UI components, icons, illustration, and attractive user interface
- Create user flows, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
- Conduct UI/UX adjustments based on users, product owners and stakeholders’ feedback
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Participate in the design and overall planning of Mobile Payment Products
- Participate in product roadmap/release plan activities to ensure that cross product opportunities are identified, planned, and delivered
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Translate new concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Application UX design and ongoing enhancement and design marketing material
- Contribute to and analyze the design of solutions that enhance the availability reliability, performance, security, and agility of technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years work experience in a similar role with background in payment company, transaction bank, digital bank or corporate bank
- Ideally, also experience with insights, reporting, and/or fintech products.
- A good understanding of the potential technologies and approaches and UI/UX patterns required to make them a success
- Commercial mind set and an experience of increasing engagement and conversion on mobile platforms
- A strong portfolio of previous UX/UI design project
- Good knowledge of the global and local market in user psychographics, market nuances and trend
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
