Job Description
Executive Summary:
• Hong Kong Listed Company in luxury products with strong presence in Greater China since 1972
• Due to expansion, they are currently recruiting new headcounts for their team
• X2 yearly bonus; Full medical benefit; Training allowance; Other fringe benefits
• Over 10,000 ppl. and 870+ retail shops globally and HK as the HQ with over 1,000+ staffs including 60 in IT department where x20 are in applications team
Major Responsibilities:
• Serving as a liaison between IT team and business units to initiate and implement the application delivery cycle
• Analyze, translate, organize and document user requirements and specifications
• Compile business models and system knowledge, quantify potential business benefits, and provide inputs into business roadmaps, and major business processes
• Ensure ongoing development and refinement of the KPI and broader performance framework to measure and drive business strategies
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
• Establish standardized and efficient business framework to meet business needs
• Provide guidance and training to team members
• Less experience will be considered as the “Senior Business Analyst”
Key Requirements:
• Degree holder in Information System, Business or other related discipline
• At least 6 years or above related experience, experience in retail, manufacturing, supply chain management
• CRM/ERP/POS experience is a strong plus
• Good experience in business requirements, process improvement and solution workshops
• An analytical mindset with good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in Chinese Cantonese and Mandarin a must
• Proficiency in BPMN, SQL or relevant
