Job Description

Summary:

You will be responsible to manage and support on User Acceptance Test (UAT) for the rollout of Core Banking System and assist in designing UAT test cases and performing UAT testing according to the pre-defined test cases.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

Assist in project management in terms of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, UAT co-ordination, UAT environment setup, UAT test cases preparation and execution
Design test scenarios and test case based on business requirement, functional requirement specification (FRS), test plan and ensure comprehensive coverage of test cases
Manage execution of test case manually or using automated testing tools
Compile test result to respective handling staff assigned by project team for upload to defect management system and monitor the defect fixing progress
Monitor UAT schedule and progress and support the rollout of bank Teller systems
Understand the limitations and issues of existing testing processes and recommend improvement initiatives
Provide guidance and coaching to junior UAT tester of the team

Job Requirements:

Matriculated or degree holder
Around 1 - 3 working experiences, preferably in IT/ Banking sectors, Fresh Graduates are welcomed
Experience in performing testing of banking systems
Product Knowledge on Retail Banking / Corporate Banking is essential
Self-initiative, able to work independently and under pressure, and meet tight deadline
Meticulous and well organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
