Job responsibilities:

• Supporting the Master Data Manager & Data Analyst in the master data project team.
• Managing and maintaining the group master data creation, changes, and deletions in a timely and accurate manner
• Act as a gate keeper – identify errors, verify and provide control of master data. Seeking to minimise duplications and ensuring data integrity.
• Coordinating with relevant stakeholders on investigating and resolving data discrepancies eg: barcode/item code validation
• Communicate with business units about master data maintenance issues
• Participate in process improvements that have direct impact on effective entry and maintenance of master data
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required 

Person spec

• Native/Fluent English
• Strong data management skillset
• Strong sense of data sensitivity
• Knowledge and working experience in supply chain domain
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good process awareness and have a keen eye for detail
• Well-organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks independently
• Good Excel Skills and knowledge of PowerBI is ideal
