Job Description
Responsibilities:

With in-depth knowledge of the Oracle EBS Applications, as well as industry best practice expertise, consults with business operations to provide cost effective solutions to their business scenarios
Partners with business users to identify process/system improvements, gaps and opportunities through standardization or through IT automation
Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications
Understands users’ requirements and helps translate them into project deliverables and milestones
Lead technical implementations/enhancements of Oracle modules to quickly recognize and research complex business problems to expedite resolution
Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the client to perform the User Acceptance Testing of the system enhancements or custom solutions
Reconcile and troubleshoot the discrepancies (transactions, data, process mapping, user interfaces, expectations) and work out preventive measures
Responsible for project governance, stewardship, financial management and project planning
Travel is required
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Application Manager
Requirements:

Degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines
8 years of technical experience working on Oracle eBusiness Suite; SCM, Finance, Advance Pricing, Purchasing, Planning, WMS, Inventory, etc.
Experienced with at least 1 full Oracle EBS implementation project for manufacturing operation of 1000+ workers
Familiar with the business operation and environment of manufacturing operation and multi-national companies
Expert knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite R12 architecture, configurations and setups is required (e.g. table structures/schemas).
Strong knowledge/experience with design and development of custom solutions on Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), Forms, JDeveloper, Framework, Alerts, Workflows, ADF and APIs)
Proactive attitude and good communication skill
Strong analytical skills with good problem solving mindset and detailed reconciliation skills
Strong organizational skills and systematic mindset with critical thinking
A good team player who can work on own initiative with good attention to details
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
