Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To lead and support the technical team to provide installation, commissioning, and maintenance services for customers.
- To cooperate with Project Manager and customers to complete site inspection and technical acceptance, as well as troubleshooting, technical training, operation and maintenance, etc.
- To participate in the technical exchange with customers, the formulation of technical solution and schemes, bidding and other pre-sales work.
- Ensure solid alignment with internal and external parties for integration design and implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Degree Holder on IT or Telecommunication Engineering related majors.
- 10 years or over experience in telecom or ICT project engineering, on-site and large-scale engineering experience is preferred;
- Familiar with telecom/ICT/IT/cloud technology/security integration/big data or related software and hardware technology, have the ability to solve technical problems and implement technical solutions on site.
- Have strong IT knowledge and practical operation ability, and be able to operate and complete the installation and configuration of the basic hardware equipment (server, switch, router, storage, firewall) of mainstream brands (such as Huawei, Cisco, HP, IBM, and other IT hardware manufacturers).
- Excellent communication skills, learning ability, and teamwork ability are required.
- Good writing and communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
