My client, a well-known enterprise with multiple business lines is looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing technology team. The selected candidate will be driving their ERP, HR, and Corporate Systems technology development with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the business across HR, finance, operations, supply chain, etc to understand the business requirements and process.
• Understand different technology trends across the business.
• Work with the Project team to design and develop the technology strategy which aligns with the business goal.
• Define project goal and objective, with structural analysis of business requirements.
• Prepare detailed functional and non-functional requirement specifications.
• Manage change requests and priorities for different business needs.
• Conduct impact analysis based on the requirements.
• Manage and coordinate UAT.

Requirements:

• Around 5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in a large enterprise environment or consulting background.
• Experience with ERP system knowledge would be highly preferred.
• Exposure to HR, Accounting, workflow applications, RPA, BPM, BI tools, and dashboard development is a great plus.
• System integration concepts with enterprise application software components.
• Experience in the business case and technical document writing.
• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University.
• Excellent communications skill in English and Cantonese.
