• Design and implement applications on various channels, including web, mobile using different frameworks and products, such as React, React Native, Angular etc.
• Work with clients and other members such as team leads, architects, business analysts to translate functional requirements to technical implementations
• Contribute to identify gaps, dependencies and constraints in terms of usability, technical complexity, and non-functional considerations (e.g. accessibility and performance)
• Manage requirements, technical specifications, system testing, UAT and implementations
• Lead the development team on solution development and responsible for quality assurance
• Mentor junior team members and offshore team, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing activities
• Maintain learning path for new technologies

• University degree (or equivalent education qualifications) in Computer Science or any other equivalent degree  
• At least 3 years of experience in large-scale end-to-end software development life cycle from solution design to production launch
• Sound knowledge in SDLC, Agile and quality assurance
• Experience in React Native or Node JS is a must
• Strong analytical skills, to identify and discuss issues, with potential solution options with team leads
• Experience in system integration via web services / RESTful APIs
• Have experience in leading a small to medium team for project implementation
• Have experience in managing offshore developers to deliver the project
• Familiar with microservices architecture is a plus
• Experience in performance tuning of applications is a plus
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
