Job Description

Main Purpose:

Handle and process inbound and outbound calls via company customer service hotline and provide support to business departments regarding enquiries of product, policy, benefits & coverage, member information, claims, etc.

Responsibilities:-

  • Assist to handle and resolve day-to-day enquiries and requests from customers via company customer service hotline regarding general insurance product, policy, benefits & coverage, member information, claims progress and so on
  • Assist to handle and ensure customer complaints and complex cases are resolved effectively in line with company policies and procedures
  • Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
  • Assist to handle documentary work and monthly report to keep track of the daily inbound and outbound calls statistics
  • Assist in other ad-hoc works associated to customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:-

  • University graduate preferably with 1 year related experience in customer hotline service field
  • Pass in IIQE exam, preferably with Paper I, II & III; or holder of professional insurance qualification such as ANZIIF Senior Assoc.
  • Able to work under high pressure with professional business acumen
  • Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customer
  • Proficient in spoken English and Cantonese, spoken Putonghua would definitely be a plus
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, mature and pleasant personality
  • Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
