Job Responsibilities:

• Build a content hub and lead the development of social media articles (e.g. WeChat) and provide editorials services to engage sales channels via internal communications
• Support the development of sales communication for products and marketing campaigns by partnering with agents to collect ideas and feedback on written assignments
• Perform market research on hot topic in the market which appeals to mainland readers
• Support simplified Chinese translations for marketing material including but not limited to WeChat, company website as well as product/promotion material
• Conduct presentation to frontline on special business/marketing topic

• University Degree in Communications or any related discipline
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience gained in Insurance, Banking or Financial Services
• Have excellent written communication skills in Chinese
• Native mainland Chinese is highly preferred
• Sales experience is a good asset
• Able to undertake research using a variety of sources in mainland markets
• Highly creative and able to alter their style of writing to reflect their audience
• Excellent inter-personal skills and able to work in a fast-paced business environment
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Familiar with WeChat OA operation will be an asset
