Responsibilities:

• Assist to monitor and manage progress of all claims to settlement
• Provide insurers with all documentation and information required for the settlement of claims and liaise with clients as necessary
• Provide advice to clients on claims procedure
• Provide prompt response to client’s enquiries
• Liaise with service providers to ensure claims are properly handled
• Prepare claims reports and analysis
• Attend claims meetings with clients as required
• Assist on ad-hoc projects and tasks

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above.
• At least 5 years relevant experience on handling property and public liability cases (e.g. insurer, broker or loss adjuster)
• Good command of English, computer skills and soft skills.
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
• Self-motivated and can work with minimum supervision
• Multiple lines knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in handling global accounts is also an advantage
