Job Description

Job Scope:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service and Pre-Sales Professional to partake in a career defining business growth initiative, such as our upcoming industry first new channel partnership.

You need to have a customer-centric mindset, where you have high level of trust building to understand their needs and to promote our existing product/solutions to best serve their needs.

This is a new division, where the constant business innovation means you need to be highly adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-sales through qualifying and nurturing of new potential sales leads before transferring them to the distribution sales team
  • Handle inbound enquiries and provide quality service to our customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Channel and sales administration support
  • Make appropriate recommendations to meet customers’ expectation
  • Provide, collect, and manage customer data in full compliance to Generali internal policies

Key Requirements:
  • University degree in business discipline
  • IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in client service
  • 1 year of experience in pre-sales / tele sales preferred
  • Good knowledge of life insurance industry preferred
  • Good presentation skills and people skills
