Our client has a wide ranging real estate portfolio including infrastructure, logistics, industrial and retail assets. Currently looking for candidates with real estate background to support business analysis and research for various assets.

Responsibilities:

• Assist team on business analysis, research and operation enhancement
• Conduct feasibility study to evaluate business administration, accounting, finance, statistics, quantitative analysis or related disciplines
• Review operation efficiency and suggest transformation proposal to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate or related subjects
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis/ real estate asset management
• Strong communications and analytical skills with business acumen
• Well versed in Microsoft Office and other data analysis tools
