Job Responsibilities:
- Efficient calendar management，schedule meeting for Chairman with internal & externally partners, coordinate conflicts etc; 

- Travel arrangement, oversea travels from end-to-end for Chairman by developing itineraries and agendas; schedule flights, other transportations to ensure adequate time, always have back-up plan sense, accommodations; 

- Organize big meeting and events with attendees with is high level members, senior visitors and big partners or medias and to be the English translator.

- Maintain task lists and keep tracking, make escalation to Chairman; 

- Answering and making calls, organize routine business meetings and sending memos; 

- Materials/data information collection for the presentations and reports; 

- Document signature controlling, take policy into account and priorities; 

- Daily admin job management, make sure urgent matters finalized on schedule; 

- Handle matters expeditiously, responsible for tasking tracking and timely reports to Chairman; 

- Ensure protection of confidential information at all times; 

- Maintain a professional relationship with all supporting functions, act a bridge person for Chairman deal with internal communications.
