Job Description
Responsibilities
- Liaises with counterparts in Europe offices to Sustain, Expand and Develop existing & new programs down to operational levels.
- Partner with and Support to internal teams, PD and production teams.
- Monitor, Motivate and Coach CS team to secure high customer service quality to our clients’ programs.
- Work closely with Garment Factories & handle Sales Complaints.
- Frequent travel to China Factory.
Requirements
- University Graduate or above with at least 4-5 years trims and packaging working experience.
- Relevant Experience in Printing products & Woven labels is an advantage.
- Excellent skills in communication, negotiation and presentation are required.
- Outgoing, Self-Motivated and Aggressive Personality is a MUST.
- Mature & Strong in leadership with high Accountability.
- Candidate must able to Work under Pressure.
- Good command of both Written & Spoken English, Good Mandarin is required.
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Officer/ Supervisor position.
