Job responsibilities:-

• Lead and manage the merchandising team to achieve business objectives;
• Work closely with suppliers on brand management, terms negotiation, relationship building and order management;
• Manage an optimal stock level by monitoring and controlling the open to buy, stock turn and delivery schedule;
• Provide support in data analysis, product sourcingand order processing;
• Standardize merchandising workflow and ensure smooth and accurate order placement and processing and defectives handling.

Job requirements:-

• Degree in Business or relevant disciplines;
• 8 years of retail buying or merchandising management functions preferably in luxury goods or fashion industry;
• Good communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Strong problem solving and leadership skills;
• Having knowledge and experience in handbag manufacturing is preferred;
• Frequent travel to China.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
