Quality Assurance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage food safety and performance evaluation on food quality according to company guideline and product specification
• Monitor and maintain food safety and quality assurance at stores
• Develop and conduct Quality Assurance guidelines and standards
• Liaise with chefs and operations managers to improve food quality and hygiene standard
• Provide training and improve chefs’ cooking method and ingredients processing

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Food Safety and Hygiene is highly preferable
• Non-degree holder with relevant experience also welcome to apply
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance related field in food safety or food & beverage industry
• Hygiene supervisor certificate or Hygiene manager certificate
• Experience in execution of food safety management program and quality assurance
• Sound knowledge in MS Office applications
• Strong communication and analytical skill, able to work independently
