Our client is a leading digital printing company. The company is looking for a position of a Customer Service Executive to join the team.

Job Responsibilities：

• Co-ordinate documents for design, typesetting, translation and printing
• Communicate with clients, vendors and internal parties to ensure timely delivery of documents to customers
• Handle customers’ enquires
• Manage client requests and expectations 

Job Requirements：

• Tertiary education with 1 year work experience in project management, particularly in customer services of financial printing
• Good Command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willing to work overtime (with overtime pay)
• Willing to work on shift duties/ overnight shift (with shift allowance)
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior position
