Job Description
Our client is a leading digital printing company. The company is looking for a position of a Customer Service Executive to join the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate documents for design, typesetting, translation and printing
- Communicate with clients, vendors and internal parties to ensure timely delivery of documents to customers
- Handle customers’ enquires
- Manage client requests and expectations
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary education with 1 year work experience in project management, particularly in customer services of financial printing
- Good Command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willing to work overtime (with overtime pay)
- Willing to work on shift duties/ overnight shift (with shift allowance)
- Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior position
