R&D Manager (Medicine, Tablet) – Leading Pharmaceutical Company

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a R&D Manager (Medicine, Tablet) to join their professional team. This person will be reporting to senior management directly.

Job Description:

• Lead and manage new product development projects (OTC and/or Rx Products) for local, PRC or other overseas market launches 
• Facilitate technology transfer of legacy and new products from existing manufacturing plant or research & development plant to our new manufacturing plant 
• Participate in improvement projects of legacy products
• Routine Management of Research Plant and Laboratory

Job Requirements:

• 8 years + experience in manufacturing or analytic of Pharmaceutical Products, R&D experience
• Extensive knowledge in pharmaceutical product development activities, including formulation, manufacturing process & analytical methods development.
• Experience in Oral Solid Dose product manufacturing/development is a must.
• Familiar with drug registration regulatory requirements for Greater China (HK& PRC major market)
• Competent in strategies planning and multi-tasking in managing tactical R&D activities and projects
• Strong collaboration with internal stakeholder to drive project deliverables
