Job Description:

• Handling full set of Import & Export Documents
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and factories for shipment arrangements
• Follow up shipment booking and handle all logistics activities
• Prepare shipment related documents
• Co-operate with Sales Team to solve any shipment problem for our customers

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 5 years relevant working experience
• Monitor shipment status in timely basis
• Be self-motivated, work independently, well-organized
• Good command of Chinese, English & Mandarin
• Familiar with using SAP system is an advantage
• Knowledge of Tradelink system
• Immediate available is preferred
