Responsibility
- Lead and manage electronics engineers on the test system development projects;
- Manage the test system development progress, costs and schedule;
- Responsible for the quality and approve electronics design;
- Work with different departments for the test system integration;
- Define specification of the test system with required user;
- Develop, train and give guidance to engineers.

Requirement
Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree holder or above
Field of Study: Electronics Engineering or related disciplines
Years of Experience: 5 years or above managerial experience on test system development
- Strong experience on electronics design and problem solving techniques
- Good communication, interpersonal, management and leadership skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin

Working Location:
Nancheng, Dongguan 東莞南城
