Responsibilities

• Communicate frequently across all project disciplines to ensure both team and management are aware of upcoming milestones and risks/issues.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to resolve issues and risks, maintain engagement/focus, and share updates with all team members.
• Maintain timelines with regular updates to re-project milestones, monitor critical path, and calculate launch dates while maintaining baseline data.
• Coordinate with project leaders to foresee/understand critical project activities and to enable them to manage team resources and tasks to avoid critical path slippage.
• Partner with project team members to maintain engagement and focus on project commitments and dependencies.
• Assign in developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, and provide regular project status update

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Management field.
• 3+ year experience in project management. Exposure in product development highly preferred. 
• Excellent interpersonal communication, collaborative team work, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct meetings.
• Demonstrated experience presenting to management and ability to build trusting relationships.
