Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of QA staff to ensure effective implementation of Pharmaceutical Quality System.
• Review, approve and handle GMP related documents and records.
• Assist in handling and investigation of deviation, ADR, complaint, OOS/OOT, product quality issue, product return and recall, facility & utility system failure.
• Manage and ensure proper implementation of change control system, quality risk management and timely execution of CAPA. 
• Conduct periodic self-inspection to ensure quality system remain in compliance.  Conduct evaluation and audit of suppliers, external testing laboratories, and provider of other GMP related outsourced activities
• Review batch record of finished product to ensure compliance to relevant GMP standards and marketing authorization before final release of product.
• Prepare and assist in inspections by regulatory authorities and maintain inspection readiness.
• Report to upper management on performance of the quality system or quality issues and make recommendation for improvement.

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or University graduate in Pharmaceutical Studies / Food science/science related discipline with pharmaceutical industry knowledge and exposure
• At least 3 years of pharmaceutical GMP, QA work experience at managerial level
• Registered Pharmacist is an advantage
• With strong leadership and managerial and trouble-shooting skill
• Strong interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
