Your role
The major job responsibilities included but not limited to:
* Develop content strategy across all platforms including app, web, emails and social media that supports the business objective
* Perform copy writing, editing and proofreading for digital and print materials
* Responsible for working with different teams and achieving corporate goals including developing and executing different marketing campaigns in yearly basis
* Regularly create and schedule posts and advertisements on Social Media platforms. Answering social media enquiries if needed.
* CRM development and planning
* Cross departmental work on various campaigns and promotions (both online and offline, ad-hoc and planned)
* Retail marketing material preparation and content planning
* Working with designers on various marketing materials including POP, Facebook post and new product designs
* Liaise with potential affiliate partners for joint promotion or marketing campaigns
* Occasional store visit to check on visual merchandising display and to make sure in-store POP is well displayed.

To succeed in this role
* University graduate in marketing, business management  or related disciplines;
* Proven 1-2 years’ working experience in marketing, business development or operational management; preferable in telecom, eCommerce and retail industries
* Good analytical and problem solving skills, able to work under pressure and tight schedule
* Self-motivated and able to accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision;
* Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work with people at all levels;
* Good command in both spoken and written English.
* Strong sense of ownership for the channels and campaigns that you’re in charge of with a natural sense of responsibility towards campaign performance
* Flexible -  able to multitask across multiple channels.
