YOUR NEW OPPORTUNITY:

Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will manage the strategic PR and marketing initiatives, developing a robust marketing plan and calendar of activities to help drive awareness of the business and offering in the market.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY:

• Contribute to overall marketing and digital initiatives to help drive restaurant growth
• Coordinate marketing activities, promotions and collateral development with Restaurant Managers
• Manage and implement marketing strategies and activities to fulfill the company policy, sales target and requirements of company continuous growth
• Manage email marketing initiatives for all brands
• Maintain good relationships with media and influencers
• Social media content creation and management for Facebook and Instagram
• Work with vendors and agencies to execute marketing campaigns
• Monitor, maintain and regularly update the company's website - developing content internally for this and supporting social channels.
• Assist in ad-hoc and new projects

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Degree qualified in Marketing, PR, Journalism or related experience in F&B or hospitality
• Minimum 5+ years' relevant experience in similar role
• Demonstrated experience in thinking both creatively and strategically
• Able to work with marketing metrics for performance improvement

• Well networked, with well established relationships with media partners
• Good communicator – strong writing skills in English or Chinese preferred
• Ability to create and assemble attractive marketing materials
• Strong digital understanding
• Working Location: Wanchai
• Availability: IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
