A leading beauty group is currently seeking Assistant Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive to join our team :

Job Responsibilities: 

• Formulate, implement ATL, BTL & Digital marketing plans and strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Handle all the marketing campaigns/ event/ exhibition/ Roadshow, including materials preparation and on-site management
• Well experience in social media (facebook, wechat, weibo, IG) marketing such as content research, copywriting and KPI measurement.
• Manage brand website efficiency, content, audit and provide CMS support of the branded websites to assist in conversion,
• Handle marketing and campaigns budget and deliver marketing activities within agreed budget.
• Manage company’s total communications channel including advertising, retails promotions, PR, CRM, social media and digital marketing;
• Manage effective internal & external communication to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed or marketing objectives
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Advertising related disciplines
• At least 5 years proven working experience in outdoor marketing event, performance marketing, social media and CMS
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and models, technology trends and market best practice
• Experience in the field of Cosmetic, Beauty of Healthcare is advantage
• Able to handle multi-tasks simultaneously
• Good team player, independent, innovation, analytical and good communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
