Responsibilities

• Execute digital marketing campaigns and brand plans for the Company's exciting categories and brand;
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media and agency partners;
• Work closely with promotional partners, advertising and PR agencies on marketing and brand building activities;
• Evaluate and report the effectiveness of marketing activities;
• Stay acquainted with latest digital trends, and market best practices.

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing or business related disciplines preferred;
• A minimum of 8 years' marketing experience, preferably in cosmetics or retail industry;
• Proven digital marketing initiative and experience with successful campaigns, brand building and positioning;
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen combined with a drive for results;
• Dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasked and able to articulate business objectives in a compelling manner and rally others' support;
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
