Responsibilities

• Manage and handle different kinds of projects from planning to execution in events;
• Prepare proposals and pitching projects to clients, including concept, budgeting, production and logistic development;
• Cooperate with design and production team to ensure the quality and timely delivery of services;
• Directly handle project with client and act as the first spoken person for the company;
• Identify new opportunities for company business development;
• Source and maintain good relationships with contractors and all working partners.

Project Manager task

• Act as account support on 2-3 projects for high-demanded clients
• Have strong communication skills
• Passion, agility, and respect required
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Ensure team is driving to client deliverables
• Help route proofreading of deliverables and QC
• Develop meeting agendas for projects and chair the meeting

Requirements

• 1-2 years working experience in Account Servicing or Project Management in the marketing industry;
• University graduate or similar qualification;
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Mature working attitude
• Excellent Time Management skills
• Ability to multi-task across multi-faceted projects
• Flexible and can work under pressure and with tight deadlines
