Job Description

What you'll do:

• Design and oversee all aspects of marketing including marketing database, eDM, social media and display advertising campaigns;
• Develop and manage the website and social media of Inno Space, enhance the user interface, SEO, and develop strategies to achieve effective results;
• Manage the membership database and CRM to enhance communications and promotional efforts;
• Oversee daily administrative operations of Inno Space;
• Work closely with IT department to manage the operations of program database system (i.e. company internal system), and other systems such as equipment booking, door access, project management, etc.;
• Support the development plan of the Learning Management System (LMS) of HKPC Academy;
• Support TechEd STEM related activities and ad-hoc projects.

You will be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor Degree from disciplines such as marketing and communication, E-Commerce, business management, social science, or related disciplines;
• A minimum 3 years relevant experience in digital marketing, website management, events management, media relations;
• Knowledge in using Photoshop or AI in designing artworks is an advantage;
• Experience in the development of new website, Learning Management System (LMS), etc. is an advantage;
• Good leadership, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills;
• Self-motivated, well organized, proactive, outgoing, enthusiastic and result-oriented;
• Connections with schools, STEM education networks and events experience are advantages;
• Possess a passion in education, youth development and start-up support would be an advantage;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
