WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assist management in executing marketing activities and product launches;
• Assist to compose and edit collaboration/ partnership promotions material to corporate or business partner;
• Assist handling CRM system;

• Assist for social media marketing via different platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) and content creation for online marketing materials (e.g. edm, website content, e-commerce platform content);
• Participate in job rotation program in different operation units;

• Handle and resolve customer enquiries and complaints with professional manner;

• Work closely with FOH staffs to ensure promotions are being delivered and promoted;
• Assist in general marketing & Operation duties;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE 

• Fresh graduate will be considered
• Positive working attitude, willing to learn and hard working
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Good customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible to work in an evolving and fast-paced environment, shift duty is required
• Taking initiative, independent & confident;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS office
