Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute annual marketing plans, which include retail marketing, channel marketing, product launches, PR & events, digital marketing and content management
Prepare new product launch and execute go to market plans including price, distribution and promotions
Develop and execute the Market Activation Plan for new products.
Implement marketing activities and promotions to generate demand.
Measure performance of the customers, channel and identify optimization opportunities.
Support Growth Calls execution, and Market Business Review Cycle
Drive Sales and Margin within assigned channel
Develop metrics, track, report and forecast marketing initiatives and activities in Allocadia.
Requirements:
Degree holder in business, marketing or related disciplines
5+ years of responsible role in any combination of technology marketing, channel marketing, or channel sales roles in B2C domains.
5+ years in managing design and production of channel-specific marketing support materials with ability to maintain creativity and professionalism in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
5+ years in managing & execute channel marketing programs & activations (online and offline) to successfully drive sales
In-depth knowledge of the various marketing channels and technologies, including social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, and more), Email Marketing, content distribution and placement networks.
Hands on experience and strong knowledge of data analysis with MS Excel
Excellent command in English & Chinese, good command in Mandarin
Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation & organization skill
Capable to handle multi-tasks in tight schedule and be able to work under pressure
Immediate availability is advantageous
