What You Will Do: 

• Ensure the day to day marketing activities are completed to a very high standard
• Create exciting promotional campaigns for our programmes and shows
• Copy write and edit brochures, promotional material and press releases – We want to be professional and fun!
• Build relationships with our media partners and ensure we are always on their radar
• Gather and Analyse data to report on effectiveness of campaigns and advise on future opportunities
• Communicate well with the team – If we all know what’s happening, we can all do a great job
• Oversee Front of House for theatre events and programmes
• Create multiple daily social media posts that are creative, fun an educational while avoiding the sales pitch
• Develop and maintain our public relations
• Keep an eye on what else is on offer in the market by becoming an expert in our industry
• Work closely with the Registration Team to provide and share data, while supporting effecting communication strategies with parents and the Hong Kong community at large

What You Need:

We are looking for a graduate in marketing / public relations or someone who can demonstrate the equivalent experience. Minimum three years experience required.

• Excellent spoken and written English essential and spoken Cantonese beneficial
• Excellent copy-editing skills needed
• Considerable digital marketing knowledge and skill set
• Previous experience or familiarity with drama and theatre is an advantage
• Proactive approach to problem solving and taking the initiative
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
• Extensive social media experience
