Job Description
- Facilitate smooth operation of Manager including prepare meeting materials, business report, confidential documents
- Independently handle correspondences, organize meeting and take minutes
- Assist management to develop and implement systems to improve operation efficiency and productivity
- Liaise with internal & external parties on business as well as personal matters proactively & independently
management
* Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including
Cantonese and Putonghua) is a MUST
* Strong communication, interpersonal skills and Supervision Skill
* Experienced in handling arithmetic calculations
* Good common sense to acquire new knowledge
