Responsibilities

• Help manage a growing freelance network for the production & editing of lifestyle content
• Communicate with writers for job assignemnts & content QC
• Monitor and analyze content traffic, performance, and audience impact - Stay up-to-date with current happenings and trending topics (including anything on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & various forums)
• Assist to develop content strategies that encompass the goals - Maybe required to work weekends or on shift (with compensation leave)

• 與兼職編輯同事保持良好溝通關係，處理工作分配和確保內容質素
• 數據分析讀者喜好，從而製作傳閱量高的內容
• 了解熱門網路流行話題 (包括 Facebook、Instagram、TikTok 等社交媒體平台)
• 協助制定文章內容策略方向及年度目標
• 有機會需要假日工作 (可補假)

Requirements

• Degree holder in Journalism or New media or other relevant disciplines
• 2-3 years experiences in content creation & planning
• Proven experience in team management
• Proficient interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Experience in basic data analytics skills & be able to provide performance report with insight
• Be able to operate WordPress, Photoshop, Facebook & Google Analytics
• Work under pressure, attention to details, result driven, open-minded, positive thinking & appetite for learning
