Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintain effective communication with clients and business partners, including aviation authorities and other commercial partners
Support tender preparation, including technical proposal drafting, document consolidation and contract pre-commencement preparation
Responsible for corporate branding, including marketing campaigns, obtaining corporate accreditations, and competing in industry awards
Prepare sales and marketing related reports
Assist in corporate communications and public relations
Take charge and act as a focal contact point in other small-scale projects
Actively liaise and communicate with clients on service requirements
Requirements:
Experiences from the aviation industry is preferred
Bachelor Degree and minimum 5 years working experience; or Form 7 and minimum 8 years working experience
High level of competency in common PC software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Strong command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
COVID-19 Vaccination according to relevant airport regulations
