Job Description
Property Developer
Our client is a renowned property developer with a well-established portfolio of assets and developments under its belt. Due to their expansion within the corporate marketing function and new group initiatives, they are currently seeking for a seasoned Senior Manager / Manager, Creative Content. This position will report into the Head of Corporate Marketing and will be responsible for driving and managing creative strategies, roadmaps, concepts and maintain a close collaboration with internal and external teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive comprehensive creative concepts, strategies, roadmap and diffuse framework and mainstay to internal teams
- Direct and implement creative content such as photography, video, social media, onsite/app, email, digital & growth, marketing collateral, experiential and other creative elements encapsulated in marketing campaigns
- Being the creative business partner and able to work well both in teams and independently, create synergy and standardize output in the form of digital, graphic, 3D display, word contents, etc
- Stay abreast and analyze creative industry trends, innovation, market needs and thought leadership
- Manage and forecast budget spending
- Degree holder in marketing, liberal arts, business or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least 6 years gained from an agency setting managing creative direction
- Proficient in design/creative software (Photoshop, Illustration, InDesign)
- Proven track record in creating and managing creative content, strategies, concepts, design, multimedia channels, visual merchandising, digital, editorial, branding, communications, marketing, display, 3D, production
- Well versed in creating integrated content across all marketing channels from offline and print as well as digital, social media, paid media, mobile, and other new media and creative formats
- Creative vision with an understanding of business objectives and keep abreast of market trends
- Awareness and competency in guiding creative in the digital and social space
- People-oriented and positive-spirited, able to work well with internal and externally teams, and work under pressure within quick timelines
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
- For candidates with less experience as indicated, the seniority of Manager would also be considered
